Robbie is 30!

For Robs big 3-0 I thought it would be nice for him to hang with some of the Elders from the mish. Elder Rona, Elder Weaver, Elder Pomeroy.......aka Shay, Rob, Kevin LOL!! Pomeroys beard is for a new church film, he is unrecognizable with it!!
candy cake for my candy lover
Rob has been working with the kids every night on writing there names, I thought he'd like to see his work pay off.
There is describing words all over this that kids told me about their dad...some of my favorites are; big, scary, dancer, driver, cute, and beautiful lol.
Gotta thank pinterest for this one :) Rob has been asking me for pictures for him to take to work for his desk. I think this is a pretty good start.

Nicks farewell

Nick is leaving us on Wednesday :( but for a good cause. I am so excited for him to serve a mission and for all of the experiences he is about to have. Nothing can prepare you for a mission. But he did so well in his farewell talk I know he will do great. My favorite thing he said was "it is a privalege and it is expected to serve a mission in the Porter house" That's how I want the Weaver home to be.

Wait...what??

I'm going to be honest. I know, shocker. My niece told me she had a "ball" tournement in Nevada. I jumped at the chance to go. It would be a fun little get away, I would be able to spend time and stay with an old friend, and see my niece play. All things I love. Granted I thought I was going to a softball tournement (am I spelling that right?? it looks wrong :/) It was basketball with girls straight outta Cali and college recruits, the whole sha-bang. I was floored, and impressed as always when it comes to Cortney. It was pretty dang funny. I wish I could have seen my own face. LOL

Jonah enjoyed the roadtrip, especially the pit stops and food.
                                                                    snuggle bugs
We spent one of the mornings dancing our butts off to lmfao

We stayed with my friend Andi. I had so much fun talking and catching up with her. The last night we stayed up talking till 2:30 in the morning!! It's been a long time lol. She has the cutest house! I'm absolutely in love with it. Oh and I realized the last day as we were leaving that I took absolutely no pics of her lol sorry Andi!!

I'm in love with these light fixtures
She has a freaking HUGE chicken coop and garden. It was awesome. They just go out in the moring, grab the eggs and whip up breakfast. Crazy, crazy.

I swear monster drinks are my soul mates. They follow me everywhere lol
Catus Gardens, Andi's family took me here when I was 10 and went down for a visit. Mmmmemmmoriieees.
We went to the mall on the strip and there was a huge fashion show while we were there :)
                                                       M&M factory

                                                        Chocolate factory
Jonah's first time eating Gelato. He loved it.
The area surrounding Corts hotel was set up like Italy. It was so beautiful.
It was such a nice relaxing little trip. Can't wait to do it again :)

July 24th!!

I don't know what I was thinking but the only pictures I took were from before we actually left to celebrate and the food I made lol. At least I got good shots of the kids :)

                                                          Kaleb took this picture.
and then it was coco's turn to be the photographer.
We went to Shay and Rachels for a BBQ and had  yummy, yummy steak. We tried to do red, white (and blue) sides and desserts. Flag skewers another idea from pinterest. It turned out so cute and people actually ate it!! It was a hit with the kids. Strawberry spinach salad (with blueberries). Shay and Rachel have a really hard time getting Gabriel to eat and he freaking downed the salad!! And the kicker, bite size strawberry short cakes--yummy!

Their neighbor owns a firework stand I guess, so we got a free show--lol. It was pretty impressive and the kids got a kick out of it. It was a really great night :)

another round

So we decided to pack it up and head to bear lake again, this time no daddys came with us. It was still fun and we all came back in one piece.
Coco and Kenz are such little morning beautys.

Elsha was there with her twins Cami and Bella. I'm glad my twins are 4yrs old :) LOL Those days were hard! Hang in there El!!

                                                      Coco loves her Aunt April!

Amanda fell asleep laying out lol

                                                                   "sup?"

April said it looks like I'm nursing in this photo...fyi, I'm not!!
