I heart afternoon kindergarten!
I love having the morning time to go exploring with the three little ones. I feel like the world is quite. Everyone is at school, or work, or getting ready for the day and we get everything all to ourselves. The zoo, splash pads, Great Harvest, play dates, parks, I love it. And the weather is absolutely perfect. It makes me so happy!
This pic was day 2 of Kalebs face healing :( I promise he is having fun even if you can't tell :/
little models, now only if their mom was a better photgrapher...
Jonah loves being outside and running around "all by himself" he thinks he is so grown up. :)
beware of the heat
Kaleb woke me up Monday morning saying"Mommy this eye won't open all they way" I opened my eyes and saw his face was swollen and red and assumed it was allergies, we had been to a friends Sunday night to roast marshmellows and he had been sticking his face in the smoke from the fire, I thought it was from that because he is super sensitive to everything, just like me. So I kept him doped up on Benedryl for an entire day...
His swelling started to go away but his face started blistering. He actually had gotten burned from the heat of the fire because he kept sticking his face so close!! Poor little guy. We have had to treat it like a very very bad sunburn or windburn, today when I dropped him off at school it looked like his eyelids were flaking off...he is healing quickly but talk about guilt...I feel sooo bad!!

Copper Hills mini cheer
Coco did the little mini cheer camp at the high school and for their final day they perform at half time at the football game. Rob and I decided we use this as a date night and left all the boys with the sitter. We walked into the stadium and found out Copper Hills was playing Jordan that night (which is Robs high school). Jordan slaughtered Copper Hills 42-0!! Rob was sooo happy, I was a little embarrassed 1-to be sitting with someone cheering for the opposing team 2-to be sitting on the side of the team playing so horribly :) lol anyway our main purpose their was miss coco...
unlike the football team, the Copper Hills cheer team is AWESOME! and full of cute, inspiring girls from our neighborhood who are such good examples to Coco. I love that she is surrounded by such great role models.
Alli is amazing and one of the first girls we met when we moved to the area. I instantly loved her and love having her in our home, (so does Luke lol) she is a sophomore and made JV captain right off the bat. I was so impressed to watch from the sidelines how she interacted with her peers and in uniform, is the same way she acts at church, and in our home. She is "real" and I love that.
Coco loved, loved, loved that Daddy was there to watch her, she kept running of the track to hug him.
"GO GRIZZLIES!!"
I love my Colbie-blair. I am so proud of everything she is capable of. As we walked to the car, she had high school boys telling her how great of a job she did (in a nice way, not a creepy way). She performed so well and had a smile on her face the whole time!!
We took her to Starbucks afterwards to get hot cocoa for our little Coco. We love you Colbie-blair you are a rockstar!

Fall Time
Man oh man, I LOVE fall! It is hands down my favorite time of year. I love the weather, the clothes, the colors, school time, sports, and all the busy-ness that comes with it!!
Lucas chose to try flag football this year, I was shocked (and secretly ecstatic), and was even more shocked when I saw him play. He is good!! Who would have that that flighty little Lukie could naturally and instinctivly grab a football, two handed, right hand on top, and book it???? Even his coach asked him "how old are you?" and had a pleased smile on his face when Lucas confirmed "yes I am 7 and yes I'm on your team".
Kaleb his bidding his time with soccer, waiting until he is old enough for football. Every game so far he has been the only scorer on his team, and never wants to sit any of it out. Last game the coach had to physically remove him from the field, cuz Kaleb just wanted to keep playing.
*on a side note Colbie-blair has left her dance co. I quietly had her try out for a competition cheer team, which she made, and let her choose. She chose cheer hands down. And you will be seeing more of that soon!!
Utes won, just sayin...
Another one of our nephews has left on his mission, we now have two nephews serving missions and one niece working her papers!!! YAY to missionary work!!
Luke turned 7!! He had a star wars themed pool party and he kept saying it was "the best day ever!" music to a mothers ears!
These little cuties got a nice surprise and got to stay out past their bedtime on a school night and see Wizard of Oz in 3d, yes Coco is in her jammies, she thought she was going to bed ok?!?! :)
And my little buddy and I have 3 hours a day all to our selves, which for some reason makes everyone think, including myself, that I should have a ton of free time to do all kinds of things, but you know what...I don't. :)
